1. Where is Villa Vereda 21 located?

Vereda 21 is located inside the prestigious Casa de Campo Resort, in La Romana, Dominican Republic. Guests enjoy full access to the resort’s golf courses, marina, beach clubs, restaurants, and activities.


2. How can I check rates and availability?

You can view current rates and available dates on our Rates & Availability page. Use the calendar to select your preferred check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests. Pricing will update automatically.


3. How do I book my stay?

Once you’ve selected your dates, click Reserve Now to continue to checkout. You can choose to pay a deposit or the full amount at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent instantly.


4. What is the payment policy?

We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments. Guests may pay:

  • 30% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due before arrival, or

  • Full payment upfront if preferred.

Detailed payment instructions are provided in your confirmation email.


5. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
For weather or emergency exceptions, please contact our reservations team directly.


6. Is the villa staffed?

Yes. Daily housekeeping is included. Concierge and private-chef services can be arranged in advance or during your stay for an additional fee.


7. How many guests can the villa accommodate?

Vereda 21 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably across four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Please contact us for group requests or event stays.


8. Are pets allowed?

We welcome small, well-trained pets upon prior approval. A security deposit may apply.


9. Is transportation available?

Yes. We can arrange airport transfers, golf-cart rentals, and car service through our concierge team. Please include these requests in your booking or contact us after confirmation.


10. Do you offer concierge or local experiences?

Absolutely. Guests can book private chef services, spa appointments, golf outings, excursions, and more through our Experiences page or by messaging us directly.
