Cancellation Policy
At Villa Vereda 21, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness to all guests.
Standard Cancellation Terms

Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in
You will receive a full refund of your deposit or total payment. -
Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in
The booking becomes non-refundable, and the deposit or full payment will be retained. -
No-shows or early departures
No refund will be issued for unused nights or early check-outs once your stay has begun.
Date Changes
Reservation date changes are subject to villa availability. If you wish to modify your stay dates, please contact us at least 30 days before your arrival.
Changes made less than 30 days prior may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
Deposit Policy
To confirm a reservation, guests may choose to pay:
- A 30% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due before arrival, or
- The full payment at the time of booking.
Unpaid balances must be settled by the due date stated in your confirmation email to secure your reservation.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, or official travel restrictions, we may offer a credit voucher or date rescheduling at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
